How can i change my login email?
The access email is the one you use to log in to the platform.
If you want to change it, our team will help you.
But first:
• Have your current email address ready.
• Choose the new email address you want to use and make sure you have access to it.
Steps to request the change:
- Send a request through the Contact support form inside your Founderz account.
- Indicate your current email address and the new email address you wish to use.
- Wait for confirmation from our team.
- Once you receive the notification, always use the new email address to request your access link to the platform.
Please note:
• It is currently not possible to change your email address directly from your account settings; this must be managed by our support team.
• If you no longer have access to your current email address and you also cannot access the platform, you can fill out the account recovery form and we will contact you to resolve your access issue.
• Make sure to include in your request: Full name, program you are enrolled in, and approximate date of purchase.
• Remember that if your program was paid for by your company, we will need written confirmation from the person responsible validating the email change.
