How to create private rooms in the campus

In the virtual Campus, you can create private spaces to meet with other people from the program, create study groups, coordinate projects, or hold focused conversations on specific topics without interruptions from the rest of the community. These spaces allow you to share resources, resolve doubts as a team, and follow up on specific initiatives in an organized and secure way.

  1. Access the Campus from learn.founderz.com.
  2. In the left panel, scroll to the bottom of the room list.
  3. Click on “Add room”.
  4. Configure the room by assigning it a name and choosing whether you want it to be public (with #) or private (with lock 🔒).
  5. The room will appear in the list and you will be able to invite other participants.

Types of rooms:

Public rooms (#): visible to all participants.

Private rooms (🔒): only accessible via link or invitation.

If something goes wrong:

• If you do not see the “Add room” option, check that you are inside the Campus and that the side panel is open.
