# How do I download or export my notes?

If you need to review your notes outside the platform, you can download them quickly and in an organized way, in a single file that contains all your annotations. This way you can save them on your computer, share them with your team, or review them whenever you need — even offline — while keeping them organized by course and lesson so you can easily find the key information.

Steps:

1. Go to the **"Notes"** section from your profile in the campus.
2. **Review your annotations** to make sure they are complete.
3. Click the **"Export"** button to start the download.

What will you get?

- **Organized format**: the downloaded file keeps your notes ordered by course and lesson.
- **Offline availability**: you can access your notes at any time without needing an internet connection.
