My program access has expired — How do I extend my license?

You can extend your license from your profile when it is about to expire, so you can continue accessing all content, live sessions, and program resources without interruption.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Founderz account from the browser.

  2. Click on your profile photo or name in the top-right corner.

  3. In the license section, check the remaining time and the exact expiration date.

  4. Click the Extend license button when it becomes available.

  5. Choose the plan or extension period that best suits your needs.

  6. Enter your payment details and confirm the transaction to complete the extension.

  7. You will receive a confirmation email with your new expiration date details.

This ensures you don't lose access to your programs, certificates, and all other Founderz community resources.

 

If something goes wrong:

  • If you don't see the Extend license button, it is most likely because your license still has enough active time and the extension is not yet available.

  • Check that you are logged in with the email you used to purchase the program or the original license.

  • Log out, clear the browser cache if necessary, and log back in.

  • If after these steps you still can't see the option or detect any error in the expiration date or payment, contact our support team through the Contact support form in your Founderz user profile.
