# My login credentials don't work — What do I do?

At Founderz, you do not need a password. Access is granted through a link that you receive by email.

If you cannot access:

1. Go to **learn.founderz.com**.
2. Enter the **email address you used to register**.
3. Click on **“Send access link”**.
4. Check your inbox and click on the link in the email.

If something goes wrong:

• Make sure you are using exactly the **email address you used to purchase**.

• Check your **spam or junk folder**.

• If you use Gmail, also check **Promotions** and **Social**.

• For security reasons, each link has limited validity. If too much time has passed, go back to step 1 and request a new one.

• If you are accessing from a company email, try using a **personal email address**.
