What to do If I don't receive the welcome email
After completing your enrollment, you will receive a welcome email with your access details.
If you do not see it in your inbox, follow these steps:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Search for an email sent from hola@founderz.com.
- If you use Gmail, check the Promotions and Social tabs.
- Confirm that you are checking the same email address you used to make the purchase.
- If you find it in spam, mark it as “Not spam” to receive future communications.
If the email still does not appear after following the steps above:
• Go to learn.founderz.com
• Enter the email address you used to sign up.
• Click on the “Send access link” button.
• You will receive a link in your inbox to access the platform directly.
