How do I request a program refund?

You can request a refund if you are within the established period and meet the required conditions. Our goal is for you to have a transparent and straightforward experience.

Requirements

  • You must be within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • The request must be submitted from the same purchase email or with the relevant details clearly provided.
  • There must be no special conditions communicated at the time of the offer purchased (for example, promotions with specific terms).
  • Refunds do not include materials or additional licenses included in promotions. 

 

Steps to request a refund

  1. Access the contact support form Go to your Founderz profile and use the contact support form. This is the official channel for managing cancellations and refunds. We will have a clear record of your case and will respond in writing.

  2. Review by the administration team Once we receive your request, we will verify that you are within the 14-day window, confirm the purchase details, and check whether the conditions are met. If everything is correct, we will process the cancellation and manage the refund to the same payment method used.

  3.  Response and refund timelines We will confirm the cancellation in writing. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank, but it typically takes several business days from the confirmation.

If something goes wrong

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase It is not possible to apply the refund since the cancellation window has expired. Even so, if you have an issue with the course or platform access, contact us through the form and we will try to offer alternatives.

  • You haven't received a response from our team Check your spam folder, make sure you submitted the form correctly from your Founderz profile, and if there is still no response after a few days, resubmit it indicating that it is a follow-up to your original request.
