How do I update my billing information?

If you need to update or correct the information that appears on your invoices, you can do so very easily:

1. Log in to your Founderz account.
2. In your user profile menu (profile picture), select Contact support.
3. Select the help category: Billing, payments and licenses.
4. Indicate the details you want to modify (name, address, tax ID number or company).
5. Our team will review the request and update the information.

If something goes wrong:

• If you do not receive a response, check your spam folder.
