The access link you receive by email has limited validity and only works once. If you cannot access: 1. **Use the most recent email:** If you have requested access several times, only the latest link received is valid. 2. Click on the link from the **same device and browser** you used to request it. 3. If the link does not work, go to **learn.founderz.com**. 4. Enter your **purchase email address**. 5. Click on **“Send access link”**. 6. Open the **new email** in less than **15 minutes**. If something goes wrong: • If you use Safari and the link does not open, copy the link and paste it into the browser’s address bar. • If you see the message **“invalid link”** or **“expired session”**, go back to step 3 and request a new link. • Make sure you are using exactly the **same email address you used to purchase**.
