It is not possible to change your login email from your account settings: our support team handles it. Once the change is done, always use the new email address to access the platform. ### What information does the support team need? - Your current email address. - The new email address you want to use (make sure you have access to it). - Your full name, the program you are enrolled in and the approximate purchase date. For security reasons, the request must come from the account's current email address.
