To contact support at Founderz, use the channel that matches your question: academic questions are answered by the Fellow or in lesson comments; technical, account and billing issues are handled by our support team. **If you are already in contact with our support team, there is no need to open another request: reply in the same conversation and we will follow up on your case there.** ### 1. Academic questions If your question is about content, exercises, lessons or assessments, use the academic channels on the campus: - **Fellow:** your AI mentor, available at any time inside the platform (https://learn.founderz.com) to answer questions about the content. - **Comments inside lessons:** you can post your question in each lesson. The community and the academic tutors can answer, and the answer also helps other students. ### 2. Technical, account or billing issues If this is your first request, write to us from the campus: 1. Log in to the campus. 2. Click your profile photo (top-right corner). 3. Click «Contact support». 4. Describe the problem and include screenshots if you have them. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours. ### 3. I can't access the campus If you cannot log in at https://learn.founderz.com, request a new access link from the login screen.
