If you find an error on your invoice, our support team will review the details and, if applicable, issue a corrected invoice. We will reply within 24–48 hours. ### What information does the support team need? - Full name or company name as it should appear on the invoice. - The email address you used for the purchase or to register at Founderz. - Invoice number or, if you don't have it, the approximate purchase date and the program purchased. - A description of the error: name, tax ID, address, description, date, amount, payment method or other detail. - The invoice with the error, if you have it (PDF or another readable format). If applicable, you will receive the corrected invoice by email.
