How does the refund work?

  • Founderz provides a refund of up to €60, covering the estimated cost of a three-month subscription to ChatGPT Plus or Copilot Pro.
  • The refund is issued in euros.
  • Bank fees, taxes (e.g., VAT), or other charges resulting from the international transaction are not included in this amount and are the student's responsibility.
  • Subscribing to ChatGPT Plus or Copilot Pro is not mandatory; it must be purchased on your own if you wish to use the service.

Steps to activate your subscription and request the refund

  1. Subscribe to ChatGPT Plus or Copilot Pro directly with the provider (the purchase is made on your own).
  2. Log in to your profile on the Founderz virtual platform.
  3. In your profile, click the yellow button that appears (the option to manage the refund).
  4. Fill in the required fields in that form within your profile to process the refund.
  5. Wait for verification and subsequent processing of the refund by the team.

Practical tips

  • Keep your proof of purchase for the subscription (receipt or invoice) to facilitate verification.
  • Be aware of possible additional charges from the international transaction that may not be covered by the refund.
  • If you need specific documentation for your accountant (e.g., accounting receipts), coordinate with the team to confirm what documentation they can issue.
