How do I contact my fellow?

You can contact your Fellow directly from the course chat, without leaving the platform and always within the context of what you are studying.

This way you can resolve your questions the moment they arise, while watching a lesson or completing an activity. In addition to text chat, you can also communicate by voice, video call, and even share your screen if you need more hands-on help with tasks on your computer or want to show exactly where you need support.

Steps: 

1. Enter the course where you need support and go to the lesson or module related to your question.
2. Locate the integrated chat bubble within the program interface. It is usually located in the bottom-right area of the screen and remains visible as you navigate through the content.
3. Click the bubble to open the conversation window.
4. Write your question or inquiry directly to your Fellow, briefly explaining the context you are in. If you need to, you can also switch to a voice conversation, video call, or screen share for more guided and personalized help.
5. Send the message and wait for your Fellow's response, who will reply within the chat itself so you can continue the thread when you return to the course.
