I need more time for personal reasons. Can I pause or extend my program?
What to do if you need more time in your Founderz program for health, work or other personal reasons.
The standard access extension (12 additional months, from €199) is done from «My profile» > «Extend license». The button appears 30 days before your access expires.
If you need more time for health, work, financial or other personal reasons, our support team will review your case individually. Extensions and pauses for personal reasons are not automatic and depend on each case.
What information does the support team need?
- The program you are enrolled in.
- The date your access ends.
- A short summary of why you need more time.
We will reply within 24–48 hours.
