How to request help at Founderz
If you have a problem or a question, it is important to use the right channel. This speeds up the response and prevents your request from getting stuck or lost. Below you will find the three main support channels depending on the type of situation you are facing.
1. Academic questions
If your inquiry is related to content, exercises, classes, or assessments, you should use the academic channels on the campus.
You have two main options:
Fellow on the campus
Inside the Founderz platform you can chat with the Fellow, the academic assistant available to answer questions about the content.
Access from:

Comments inside lessons
In each lesson you can leave your question in the comments. Both the community and the academic tutors can answer you there, which also allows other students to benefit from the response.
These channels are the right ones for any learning-related question. Do not use technical support for this type of inquiry.
2. Technical issues
If you are experiencing platform errors, issues loading content, failures accessing classes, or any other technical incident, you should open a support request from the campus.
Follow these steps:
-
Log in to the campus.
-
Click on your profile photo (top-right corner).
-
Click on "Contact support".
-
Fill out the form with the details of the problem.
This channel allows the technical team to view your information and track the issue until it is resolved.
3. I can't access the campus
If you cannot log in, first try resetting your password from the login screen.
If the reset does not work or you do not receive the email, check the article:
"I can't log in to my account", where you will find alternative steps to recover access.
