How do I update my billing information?

Billing details (name, address, tax ID or company) cannot be changed from the platform: our support team updates them within 24–48 hours.

What information does the support team need?

• Which details you want to change (name, address, tax ID or company).
• The correct values that should be recorded.
• The email address you used for the purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation once the change has been applied. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
