I have two accounts — How can I merge them?

If you have registered with two different email addresses, we can unify your progress and access into a single account so you do not lose any of your training.

Before starting:

• Have the two email addresses of your accounts ready.

• Decide which one you want to use as your main account.

Steps to request the unification:

  1. Send a request through the Contact support form inside your Founderz account.
  2. Indicate the two email addresses you want to unify.
  3. Confirm which of the two email addresses should be the main one.
  4. Wait for our confirmation. Once the process has been completed, you will receive a notification in your inbox.

If something goes wrong:

• Once unified, always access with the main email address. The other one will stop working.

• If you do not remember which email address you used to create the second account, write to us anyway and we will help you locate it.
